2CG series hard-toothed surface residue oil pump
2CG series hard-toothed surface residue oil pump is designed for handling medium with bad lubrication and imperceptible grains, such as residue oil, sludge, and other contaminated liquids.
Features
- Hard-toothed gears: Made of high-strength materials like carburized steel, these gears are resistant to wear and tear from abrasive particles in the liquid.
- Wide flow rate range: Available in various models to cater to different flow rate requirements, ranging from small to large capacity applications.
- Surface residue cleaning: The pump design incorporates channels and grooves that help scrape and clean residue from the gear surfaces, preventing clogging and ensuring smooth operation.
- Self-priming capability: Can evacuate air from the inlet pipe, making startup easy and convenient.
- Temperature range: Typically operates at temperatures below 250°C
- Viscosity limit: below 1500 cSt
- Durable construction: Built with robust materials like cast iron or stainless steel for long service life.
